Exercise


I've been trying to lose the baby wait accumulated from all these kids over the past decade.  I work out pretty hard, but unfortunately love food and have a really hard time disciplining myself to eat well.  It's shocking how much harder it is to lose weight as I get older, I totally believe it's like 80% what you eat and 20% exercise.  Anyway, these stairs at Majestic Park are one of the workouts I do that kick my butt.  One day I did about a dozen sets of 90 stairs and three with Caroline on my shoulders.  Not trying to brag, just want to document this for when I can't do this type of stuff anymore.
