Little League

We finally had a successful year with baseball! In March, we signed Jake up to play with Lone Mountain Little League. He got placed on a great team and grew by leaps and bounds. Jonah decided he didn't want to play, but after the first practice, changed his mind. Unfortunately, there weren't any more open spots on the team and he couldn't play. He got over it though when he got to go to birthday parties, scouts, etc. while Jake had practice or games 3-4 times a week. Jake had some great catches playing 3rd base or left field and a lot of great hits! It was so much nicer to play in the spring too! The hot weather tends to last into October, but stays cooler even through May, so games were usually pretty enjoyable to go to.
