Track-a-Thon

The kids have a school fundraiser every March and this year instead of just jogging, they incorporated some other track and field events. It was hideously windy and cold that day, but I volunteered to help Elle's class out and had to post these cute pics of her!

LA Girls Weekend

We lived in LA from 2004-2006 and I got to know some amazing gals! We still try and get together every now and then and in late Feb, a bunch of them came to Vegas. We had a great time eating, talking, shopping, dancing, eating and talking. Here are just a couple of pics (shocking - there of us eating).

Family Room Campout

Kids had a little downstairs campout in February. Caroline tried to stay with them, but that didn't happen.

First Science Fair

The boys did their first science fair projects in late February this year. It's required for 4th and 5th graders, and lucky us, we get to double the workload! Bud took one and I took one and both boys actually got honorable mentions (along with about 20 other 4th graders).

Elle's 6th Birthday

For Elle's birthday, she wanted to go to a pottery painting place with her bff Judy. They had such a good time and we went for cupcakes afterwards. These two are bosom buddies and will be total trouble together in the future. :)

Then we had a family party for her and I got the urge to make another creative cake for her. This one actually turned out ok though!

Lone Mountain

While I was pregnant with Caroline, Bud took the boys to hike Lone Mountain a couple times. I couldn't wait to take them too, and finally got the opportunity in January. It became almost a monthly thing and now even the girls go with us. Such a great view at the top! First couple hikes with Jack Tingey and mom:

Delay

I finally got a new phone for Christmas and it's an iPhone! Unfortunately, when I went to upload pictures to our old, crappy computer, it wouldn't take them. So, 7 months later, we finally got a new computer and all 900 of my pictures and videos uploaded with no problem. Now to catch up on 7 months worth of blogging. Ugh.
